Dixie Jones, ACN - eLearning Project Manager

Dixie Jones is an experienced administrator with a knack for process and efficiency. At age 42, she pursued a life-long dream of becoming a pastry chef, but shortly after graduation was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Needless to say, instead of opening her own pastry shop, she spent the last 8 years working her way back to good health through diet, lifestyle and nutrition. Dixie worked for Microsoft for a couple of years before deciding that corporate life was not for her. She managed office operations for a busy general surgeon, worked as a title specialist in the car industry, and more recently served in the roles of clinical assistant and office specialist for a busy NAET clinic.

As the eLearning Project Manager for Whole Food Practice, Dixie draws on her past experiences to keep course planning and deadlines on track. She is also tasked with maintaining continual communications with our certification enrollees and providing regular progress reports. She is always a phone call or email away and will put you in touch with the right resource.

Personal Dixie’s favorite relaxation activity: Reading a cookbook with lots of pictures.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
