Please choose one of the following ACN Applications.

• The ACN Practitioner Application is for applicants that are practitioners and already have a Standard Process clinician account.
• The ACN Sponsored Application is for applicants that may not be licensed and do not have their own Standard Process account, but will receive sponsorship from a practitioner that has a Standard Process account.

  Sponsored applicants will be interviewed to determine candidacy prior to acceptance into the ACN program.
