Hello!

It's time to get ready! As part of our preparation, Dr. Chance is asking that you download, print and complete two forms before the start of the simulcast - the Symptom Survey and the Health and Hereditary Questionnaire (button links below). Not only will this information help during group practice, several attendees will be selected to participate in live demonstrations and case reviews and these forms will be required. If this interests you, please complete your forms by Friday and email them to [email protected]. 

Each participant will be given a packet with printed slide notes and handouts upon entry to the event. Registration begins at 8:00 am MT and the seminar will begin promptly at 8:30 am MT. 

The Online Shared Folder on Box.com has more slide printing options, a complete set of handouts, product company resources, and a PDF file with active links to resources, articles, and research mentioned in the webinar. Feel free to download and and all files. If our speaker or hosts adds new “promised” items during the presentation, we will add them after the webinar, so check back often.

We provide a 30-day Webinar Replay. This is an unedited recording of the entire program to all registered participants. The recording will be available within 24 hours of the seminar and access is granted through Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

All attendees will receive a Post Webinar Email immediately following the event, however, the replay recording may take up to 24 hours to post, so you may need to check back. 

 

Continuing Education Reminders & Tips: 

  • Day of Webinar - Arrive at least 5 minutes early to register and get seated. All attendees expecting continuing education credit must be present for the duration of the program. A sign-in/out sheet will be passed around at the beginning and culmination of the program. If you are not present for the duration of the program, you may not be eligible for the full 8 hours of credit.
  • Submission to Texas Chiropractic College (TCC) – We will send all CEU documents to TCC on or before Monday, May 5, 2025. TCC will process your CEUs and email your official transcript (this process will take 4-6 weeks). Please save your approved CE transcript to your desktop or print for your relicensing records. If you are in our Applied Clinical Nutrition certification program, you will need to upload this voucher into the CEU section of your course…or forward it to us via email. 
  • Submission to NCCAOM – We will finalize all documents to NCCAOM and email your individual PDA certificates by Saturday, May 10, 2025. Please save your PDA certificate to your desktop or print for your records relicensing records. If you are in our Applied Clinical Nutrition certification program, you will need to upload this certificate into the CEU section of your course…or forward it to us via email.
