Participation tips
Audio / video
Log in early to test your device's audio and video. If you experience issues, disconnect and reconnect. If you need assistance, use Zoom Chat, email [email protected], call (801) 432-8869, or text (801) 209-7477 to reach panelists. For technical connection troubles or App downloads, contact Zoom customer service at (888) 799-9666.
Streaming issues
Poor audio or lagging video may be due to internet speed. 25 Mbps is recommended to ensure streaming stability, especially if clients are logging in via multiple devices (desktop/tablet/phone). The replay recording won't have this issue.
Chat vs. Q&A
Use Chat to say hello, react to content, get quick clarifications, or share kudos. Use Q&A for all clinical or product questions. We will answer these throughout the program and set others aside for Live Q&A during the webinar.
Breaks
Two fifteen-minute breaks will be offered plus a 45–60-minute meal break at the midpoint. Additional content or promotions may be shared during a portion of breaks. Participation is optional.
Continuing education
All attendees expecting continuing education credit must be present for the duration of the program. We will perform random activity checks throughout the day. If you are not present for the duration of the program, you may not be eligible for the full 6 hours of credit.
We will send all CE documents to TCC within 1 week and they will email your official transcript within 3-6 weeks. Please save your approved CE transcript to your desktop or print for your relicensing records. If you are in our Applied Clinical Nutrition certification program, you will need to upload this voucher into the CE section of your course…or forward it to us via email.
