For young woman, the Childbearing Years are one of the most exciting and rewarding times of life, as well as the most demanding and nutrient depleting. We will discuss the following topics and associated nutritional protocols in an condensed 1-hr mini-course. This is an area that can truly make a difference.

- Adult diet and healthy lifestyle
- PCOS/PMS and hormone balance
- Pre-conception nutrition
- Infertility
- Pregnancy and lactation
- Post pregnancy rebuilding

The course is worth 1 elective credit for all Applied Clinical Nutrition (ACN) enrollees.

The next module is Women's Health 102: Signs and Symptoms of Menopause and is available for $29.
